India of the past

Posted by Srik (Bengalooru, India) on 17 August 2007 in Architecture and Portfolio.

There are innumerable examples of such treasurable architectures, that are spoiled by some piercing eyes.

Even after all the destructions, the structures have stood firm to display the commited strength of the Indian roots.
Hats off to the yester-year architects, sculpturers and the builders.

The picture is of Vijaya Vittala temple ruins at Hampi.
